Norwegian national requirements for Pre-proposals

The ERA-Net MARTEC has opened a transnational pilot call for collaborative research projects which include at least two independent industrial participants from two partner countries. The evaluation will be done in two stages. The closing date for pre-proposals is 31. January 2008

Common Information can be found on the MARTEC web portal Pilot call. This includes requirements for submitting a common Pre-proposal within the deadline 31. January 2008.

Specific National (Norwegian) information

The Norwegian partners involved in a Pre-proposal for the MARTEC Pilot Call, shall in addition and at the same time (within 31^st of January 2008) submit an electronic application (eSøknad) to the MAROFF-programme at the Research Council of Norway.

The standard information in the electronic application form shall be submitted. At the pre-proposal stage this shall include information about the Norwegian partners and the Norwegian part of the cost budget and the proposed financing. If there is more than one Norwegian partner, they must select one of the Norwegian companies to act as Contract partner to the Research Council of Norway.

In order for pre-proposals with Norwegian partners to be evaluated positively and invited to submit a full proposal, they need to be eligible for support from the MAROFF programme.
