Tekes the National Technology Agency of Finland plans to open a national announcement for funding before the opening of the pilot call on 17 August 2007.
Specific national regulations – national pre-proposal form should be delivered regarding national rules

The pre-proposal form should be written in Finnish language with the following content

- Responsible and contact person info
- Financial Statements
- Applicant company general introduction
- Project name and short description, description of aims
- Project connections
- Project budget
- Funding plan
- Resources and co-operations
- Goal of business
- Company Goals of business activities
- Other effects
The scientific-technologic parts of every partner should be visible.
Applicants with full cost models should examine first whether the own financial part (50 - 75%) of project costs can be guaranteed (if available, first time applicants should attach the last business plan as well as the actual balance).
Suitable project ideas, which can deliver a full proposal, will be selected on the basis of the national evaluation. Coordinators will receive evaluation results by end of March 2008.
